DELIVERY CHARGES
When your order is placed, please email orders@massageaustralia.com and we will confirm the delivery charge. No delivery fee will be charged for gift vouchers and orders collected from clinic at Massage Australia One: 21 Ellery Street Bundoora Vic 3083 Australia Phone: 03 9467 7815 between the hours of 9am- 5.30pm.
Internet orders show a median delivery fee of A$16, which is subject to adjustment according to the following considerations.
Australia Post: AU$ The minimum charge is $1 (+GST), and the maximum is seldom more than $20 (+GST)
to anywhere in Australia. Postage charges are determined by the packed weight of the goods, and the destination.
Therefore, heavier parcels going to distant locations will be more expensive
to send than lighter parcels sent locally. Postage charges are based on the
actual postage cost according to the Australia Post schedule.
Please specify if you want goods by regular post, Express Post registered or
certified mail. Next day delivery to many locations throughout Australia is
possible with Express Post. Express post charges range from $4 to $12 (+GST)
depending on the volume and weight of the order. Overseas orders are normally sent by normal Airmail Parcel Post, and will be
charged at Australia Post rates according to weight and destination. We endeavour
to minimise postage charges by using the most efficient service, and using strong,
light-weight packaging.

Courier Delivery: Within Australia, the average is $16.00 to $30.00 (+GST) depending on the weight
of the order and the destination. Courier delivery may not be practicable for
large or very heavy items. Please advise us if you prefer courier delivery. Next day delivery is possible
to most locations in Australia. We recommend courier delivery if you require
your order quickly. If you do not specify your preference when ordering, we usually send by Express
Post or regular post.
